Kenan and Kel are DJs from Campinas who brought Brazilian funk to international stages, touring countries such as France, Italy, England, and Spain. Founders of Sub808 and the Submundo party, they are active voices in the Brazilian Peripheral Popular Music (MPPB) movement, promoting funk as a cultural expression and paving the way for new talents from the favelas.®
